JEFFERSON-The following is a list of court cases that were scheduled to be heard during recent sessions of Ashe County Civil Court. This information is available by the North Carolina Court System and is considered public record.

March 1

A divorce complaint was heard between Sandra Lewis and Larry Lewis.

A divorce complaint was heard between Joseph Brandon Matkins and Elizabeth Ann Nichols.

Terry Keith Murphy, Sr. and Kelly Marie Snyder were scheduled to appear in court for a motion of ex parte restraining.

A review of settlement was noted in the case of Nicholas Slaton vs. Diane Goodwin.

Christy Blevins and Tracy Blevins were scheduled to appear in court for a counter claim of custody.

Bobby Hamm and Patricia Hamm filed a compliant of divorce.

A domestic violence complaint was scheduled to be heard in the case of Kristy Ann Treadway and Joshua Joe Arnold.

March 8

A divorce complaint is scheduled to be heard in the case of Jimmy F. Aliff vs Barbara A. Alliff.

A motion pertaining to child support is scheduled to be heard in the case of Anne D. Hardin vs. Timothy J. Hardin.

The court will hear a motion in the cause for the case of Robert Tyler Hendry vs. Deanna Combs.

Clinton Goodman and Audrey Miller will appear before a judge in an unspecified civil matter.

A non-jury civil case will be heard between Joshua Ryan Coe and Cassandra Leigh Hundley.

A modification of custody is scheduled to be heard in the case of Amanda Sue Severt vs Charles Andrew Dishman.

A motion for the return of weapons will be decided in the case of Melissa Ann Scogin vs. Andrew Alan Scogin.

A custody complaint and counter claim for alimony, child support and custody will be heard in the case of Andrew Alan Scogin vs Melissa Ann Scogin.

A motion of post separation support was entered in the case of Karen Hope Lawler vs David Adam Lawler.

Veda Ann Johnson and Gregory Michael Johnson will appear before the court for a domestic violence complaint.

Stephanie Elizabeth Goodman and Daniel Lane Goodman will appear before the court a domestic violence complaint.
