JEFFERSON-The following is a list of recent court cases scheduled to be heard during recent session of Ashe County Superior Court. This information is available through the North Carolina Court System and is considered public record.

April 5

A custody complaint was heard between Deddie Chakmakis and Tiffany Combs.

A civil matter was heard between Frances Buck Jordan and Frances Dianne Jordan.

Tabitha Wright and Joshua Smith were scheduled to appear in court for a custody complaint.

The Honorable Jeannie Houston presided over an alimony complaint between Harold Dean Crouse and Linda Black Crouse.

A civil complaint was heard between Veda Johnson and Gregory Michael Johnson.

Stephanie Elizabeth Goodman and Daniel Lane Goodman were scheduled to appear in civil court for a civil complaint.

A civil complaint between Margaret Jane Phillips and Brenda Minton was entered onto the court.

The court heard a civil complaint concerning Shannon Greer and Calvan Eugene Greer.

A custody complaint was entered onto the court in James Edward Duncan and Betty Anne Duncan vs. Sabrina Nicole Little and Frederick William Spille.

April 12

A divorce complaint and counter claim is scheduled to be heard in Jeffrey John Tracey, Jr. vs. Dana Beth Tracey.

The Honorable Robert Crumpton will preside over a divorce complaint in Tony R. Billings vs. Ruby Hicks Billings.

A complaint of divorce was entered onto the court in Summer Lynn Morison-Hopp vs. Lannie Lamar Hoppers.

A motion of modification of custody is scheduled to be heard between Amanda Sue Severt and Charles Andrew Dishman.

The court will hear an alimony complaint in Karen Hope Lawler vs. David Adam Lawler.

A counter claim of alimony and equitable distribution for post separation support will be heard in Jerry Dennis Beach, Jr. and Brandi Renee Carpenter.

A civil complaint will be heard between Sheena Lynn Treadway and David Glenn Treadway.

A civil complaint is scheduled to be heard between Cheryl Bailey Haynie and Diane B. Gollott.

April 24

A condemnation case between the Department of Transportation and Robert and Joyce Kilby will be heard by the court.

A civil dispute will be heard in the case of Terry Joel Saunders vs. Cynthia Carol Saunders.

The court will judge a condemnation hearing in the Department of Transportation vs. Richard and Donna Fayko. A total of 624 days have passed since the original filing. An order of mediated settlement could be heard.

The court will hear a condemnation case in the Department of Transportation vs. Darryl and Candy Vaughn. A total of 617 days have passed since the original filing.

A motion to set aside a foreclosure sale will be heard in Fifth-Third Bank vs. Jerry and Vickie Murphy.

May 15

A complaint of money owed will be heard in Foggy Mountain Nursery LL vs. Bottomley Evergreens Inc.

Earvin C. Reedy vs William Chad and Melissa Miller Staley will be heard over an issue of judgment for damages.

The Hon. Crumpton will preside over a contract complaint in Performance Management vs. Harrelson Nissan, Inc.

A civil complaint will be heard in Sergio Santana vs. Clara Faw Allen.

An alienation of affection complaint will be heard in Jason B. Oliver vs. Joseph Wayne Phipps.

A complaint of money owed will be heard in Calvin Green vs. Lannie Hoppers.

William Andrew South and Susan Logan Ayers will appear in court on a civil complaint.

A complaint of money owed in will be heard in New River Organic Owners vs. Backyard Produce LLC.

A civil complaint will be hear in Allied Financial Services vs. Linda Pasley.
