Ashe County Arrest Report Oct. 6-11

ASHE COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested and booked in the Ashe County Detention Center Friday, Oct. 6 through Wednesday, Oct. 11. The information is provided by the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office and is public record.

Oct. 6

Trevor Wade Nunn, 708 Kemp Lewis Circle, West Jefferson, was charged with driving while license revoked and probation violation. He was issued a $750 secured bond and a $7,500 secured bond.

Jeffery Neil McCoy, 48, of 735 E. Big Springs Road, Lansing, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. He was issued a $2,500 secured bond.

Jaunita Nicole Lebeau, 31, of 309 Clyde Houck Road, Todd, was charged with trafficking opium or heroin, sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine and possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. She was issued a $45,000 secured bond.

Oct. 7

Kathy Ann Smith, 44, of Long Branch Lot 2, Lansing, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense. She was issued a $1,300 secured bond.

Oct. 8

Gabriel D. Perez, 28, of 339 Harless Road, Jefferson, was charged with non-support of a child. No bond information was included.

Scott Mitchell Rash, 47, of 1363 Beaver Creek School Road, West Jefferson, was charged with driving while impaired. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

Oct. 9

Wesley Carr Collie, 25, of 275 Cabbage Creek Road, Creston, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was issued a $500 secured bond and a $3,500 secured bond.

Elijah Amos-Urban Bledsoe, 22, of 8587 Three Top Road, Todd, was charged with reckless driving and resisting public officer.

Keith Allen Medley, 37, of 187 Lyalls Lane, Jefferson, was charged with possession of marijuana up to half an ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, fictitious information to an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth and non-support of a child. He was issued three bonds: a $1,500 secured bond, a $2,500 secured bond and a $200 cash bond.

Rena Bledsoe Perez, 34, of 7894 Three Top Road, Todd, was charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana up to half an ounce, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle with no insurance and fictitiously altering a registration card/tag. She received a $2,500 secured bond and a $2,000 secured bond.

Amber Michelle Amon, 22, of 916 Joins Road, Creston, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to half an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was issued a $2,500 secured bond and a $1,500 secured bond.

Jamie Dean Taylor, 37, of 2097 Middle Fork Lane, White Top, Va., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to half an ounce, fictitious information to an officer, possession of methamphetamine, cyberstalking, resisting a public officer and failure to pay monies. He was issued a $2,500 secured bond and a $5,000 secured bond in addition to a $500 secured bond and a $260 cash bond.

Oct. 10

Ashley Jamie Leimbach, 40, of 8815 N.C. 113, Piney Creek, was charged with driving while license revoked on an impaired revocation and fictitious information to an officer. She was issued a combined $2,000 secured bond.

David Allen Holman, 36, of 135 Badger Street, West Jefferson, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and non-support of a child. He was issued a $500 secured bond and a $168 cash bond.

Justin Allen Harless, 36, of 1086 Will Vannoy Road, West Jefferson, was charged with failure to pay monies. He was issued a $315 cash bond.

Jessica Lynn Rutherford, 33, of 290 Russell Combs Road, Fleetwood, was charged with probation violation, conspiracy to sell meth and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for a controlled substance. She was issued a combined $6,000 secured bond.

Matthew Garrett Brown, 23, of 11861 U.S. 221 South, Fleetwood, was charged with assault on a female. He was issued a $500 secured bond.

Oct. 11

Ricky Dale Taylor, 36, of 11508 Old N.C. 16, Grassy Creek, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Tegan Nicole Ray, 24, of 373 B Margot Road, Boone, was charged with first degree trespassing. She was issued a $600 secured bond.

Marissa Cathryn Sheets, 20, of 354 Big Peak Creek Road, Laurel Springs, was charged with simple assault and communicating threats. No bond information was listed.
