Ashe County Arrest Report Oct. 23-30

ASHE COUNTY — The following accidents that occurred between Oct. 23 and Oct. 30 were reported by the North Carolina Highway Patrol and are considered public record.

Oct. 23

Leonard John Lamother, Jr., 33, of 673 Congo Road, North Wilkesboro, was charged with driving while license revoked. He was issued a $2,000 secured bond.

Joshua Dean Maine, 29, of 2213 N.C. 88, Warrensville, was charged possession of firearm by felon, possession of methamphetamine, driving while license revoked and no insurance. He was issued a combined $35,000 secured bond.

Anthony Grant Hopkins, Jr., 27, of 340 Rocky Gap Road, West Jefferson, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. He was issued a $500 secured bond.

Abraham Hernandez, 27, of 214 South Main St., Jefferson, was charged with communicating threats and domestic criminal trespass. He was issued a $1,000 secured bond.

Brittany Michelle Roten, 27, of 358 Mountain Top Road, West Jefferson, was charged with probation violation. She was issued a $25,000 secured bond.

Oct. 24

Billy Depree Lindsey, 36, of 5536 Whisperfield Lane, Charlotte, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. He was issued a $15,000 secured bond.

Alonzo Cedric Parker, 31, of 12638 Sabel Park Drive, Pine Ridge, was charged with possession of marijuana up to half an ounce, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. He was issued a $15,000 secured bond.

Oct. 25

Victoria Lynn Goodman, 29, of 160 Rolling Drive, Jefferson, was charged with driving while license revoked, simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. She was issued a $3,000 secured bond. She was issued a combined $5,000 secured bond.

Tammy Marie Allen, 53, of 400 Locust Street, West Jefferson, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to pay monies and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. She was issued a $870 cash bond.

Wesley Samuel Pennington, 22, of 294 Pennington Hollow Road, Lansing, was charged with assault on a female, communicating threats and cyberstalking.

Oct. 27

Davie Allen Bledsoe, 29, of 109 Forest Lake Lane, West Jefferson, was charged with probation violation. He was issued a $3,500 secured bond.

Jeffery Neil McCoy, 48, of 735 E. Big Springs Road, Lansing, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, delivering methamphetamine, possession of marijuana up to half an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a combined $22,000 secured bond.

Israel Glenn Bare, 45, of 1968 Burgess Road, Jefferson, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. He was issued a combined $3,000 secured bond.

Dakota Lee Maze, 22, of 399 Mill Creek, Mountain City, Tenn., was charged with assault on a female and injury to personal property. He was issued a $2,500 secured bond.

Oct. 28

Phillip Louis Wood, 68, of 1633 Cornwallis Road, Garner, was charged with assault on a female.

Oct. 29

Robert William Brown, 24, of 1424 Fairview Church Road, Lansing, was charged with driving while impaired. He was issued a $500 secured bond.

Gilbert Spence, Jr., 60, of 810 23rd Street, Kenova, W. Va., was charged with assault on a female. He was issued a $15,000 secured bond.

Chase Nathanial Canter, 19, of 273 Walnut Lane, Wilkesboro, was charged with larceny of a firearm. He was issued a $2,500 secured bond.

Joey Allen Ponce, 26, of 339 Tom Fowler Road, was charged with probation violation. He was issued a $50,000 secured bond.
