Jan. 2


Timothy Ian Parker, 23, of Boone was charged with obtaining property by false pretense and felony aiding and abetting. Bond was set at $4,000. Parker was released the next day.


Jan. 3


Victor Samuel Padilla Banda, 40, of West Jefferson was charged with two counts of communicating threats and assault on a female. Bond was set at $1,000. Banda was released on Jan. 5.


Jan. 4


Richard Mcalister Hattler Jr., 32, of West Jefferson was charged with being intoxicated and disruptive. Bond was set at $1,000.


Clinton James Goodman, 27, of Grassy Creek was charged with driving while impaired and owing child support. Bond was set at 3,035.80. Goodman was released the next day.


Jan. 5


Charles Walter Williams, 22, of Lansing was charged with being intoxicated and disruptive. Bond was set at $1,000. Williams was released later that day.


Jan. 6


Dakota Michael Sharpe, 18, of West Jefferson with two counts of breaking and entering and four counts of probation violation. Bond was set at $25,000.


Jan. 7


Kelly Wayne Miller, 29, of Lansing was charged with assault on a female. Bond was set at $1,000. Miller was released later that day.


Patrick Scott Rigsbee, 22, of Fleetwood was charged with probation violation. Bond was set at $20,000.


Jan. 8


Kimberly Michelle Coe, 33, of Lansing was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $1,500. Coe was released the next day.


Jan. 10


Christopher Ray Barker, 24, of West Jefferson was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce. Bond was set at $3,000.


Johnny McCoy, 57, of West Jefferson was charged with assault on a female and misdemeanor larceny. Bond was set at $10,500.


Jan. 11


Robin Lynn Reeves, 52, of Jefferson was charged with driving while impaired and failure to stop at a stop sign/flashing red light. Reeves was released later that day.


Jan. 12


Tony Lee Miller, 34, of Laurel Springs was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, first degree kidnapping, breaking and entering, communicating threats, assault on a female and assault by pointing a gun. Bond information is unknown.
