Feb. 3


Stormi Renee Tenney, 29, of Lansing was charged with a probation violation. Bond was set at $2,000. Tenney was released on Feb. 5. Avery County was the arresting agency.


Rebecca Danielle Hayworth, 24, of Lansing was charged with two counts of school attendance law violations, misdemeanor larceny and three probation violations. Bond was set at $6,000. Hayworth has not been released.


Feb. 4


Paul Michael Hamm, 35, of West Jefferson was charged with one count of DWLR. Bond information is unknown. Hamm has not been released.


Feb. 6


Kristy Hope Eastridge, 30, of West Jefferson was charged with possession​ methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce. Bond was set at $2,500. Eastridge was released on Feb. 8.


Feb. 7


Rodney Albert Shearer Jr., 22, of Kannapolis was charged with felony larceny and second degree burglary. Bond was set at $15,000. Shearer has not been released. Iredell County was the arresting agency.


Gregory James Lambert, 43, of West Jefferson was charged with communicating threats. Bond information is unknown. Lambert was released the next day.


Feb. 9


​Danny Dewey Forrester, 50, of Creston was charged with driving while impaired and DWLR. Bond was set at $2,500. Forrester was released later that day.


Tiffany Michelle Severt, 23, of Crumpler was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Bond information is unknown. Severt has not been released.
