With the team still searching for that first win of the season, the bats came to life in a big way, scoring 12 runs in the first inning to eventually beat North Wilkes, 18-3, in three innings.
Blevins and Abigail Miller both finished a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate. Blevins had three runs scored and four RBI’s while Miller scored twice, smacked a home run and added four RBI’s.
