The junior varsity baseball team has won two of its last four games, including a pair of conference victories.

In a non-conference game at Watauga, the Pioneers came away with a 7-3 victory.

Ashe bounced back in a big way with a 13-2 victory at Elkin and a 10-2 win over visiting Alleghany.

Most recently, Ashe squared off against Starmount at home but came away on the losing end, 10-4.

This week, the JV squad will be at home for three games. The Huskies will host Wilkes Central on Tuesday, North Surry on Wednesday and East Wilkes on Friday.
