Do you have the cutest pet around? If you think so, now’s the time to prove it! Enter your pet in the Jefferson Post’s Cutest Pet Contest. You could win $100 and bragging rights for your pet as “king” or “queen” of the cutest in the land. Entering is easy. If you have participated in previous contests and have a user name and password, that’s all you need to log in and get started. For new users, simply click www.jeffersonpost.com and look for the Cutest Pet Contest graphic. Click on that and follow the registration directions. Sign up using your Facebook account to compete against your Facebook friends and post your activity. Enter your mobile phone number to receive alerts. Contestants may submit multiple entries. Submissions will only be accepted from the owner of the pet that is the subject of the photo. In the event that a photo includes multiple subjects and one or more subjects are not the pet of the individual submitting the submission, the submission may be subject to removal at the verified request of the owner of another subject included within the submission. You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible to submit photos or to vote in the contest. Submissions are being accepted until 11:59 p.m. Sept. 30. Voting for the entries takes place from midnight Sept. 17 until 11:59 p.m. Sept. 30. Each user account must include a validated email address. Winners will be notified by email. Employees of Heartland Publications or its affiliate, participating advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
