The Wee Wolves Basketball program is an instructional basketball league open to all kindergarten, first and second grade boys and girls.
The cost is $45 per player. Player fees go to pay league expenses, equipment, shirts & trophies.
The purpose of the leagues is to:
1. Have fun. This is the main goal.
2. Teach the fundamentals of basketball.
3. Build self-esteem and confidence.
4. Teach good sportsmanship and fair play.
5. To make new friends.
One of the main goals is to develop the idea that every child is a winner. To help develop this, there is no score kept during the games. The league wants every child to have fun and feel good when the game is over.
“We believe that our children deserve the best that we can offer. We try to provide the equipment and services that will make our league a success,” said Kevin Miller.
Each child will receive a shirt and trophy. All monies takes in will be spent on our program.
The league is currently working on practice and game times. It currently looks like practice will be on Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Sundays at 1p.m., beginning on Thursday, Feb. 21.
You may register by returning your registration form and fee to Mr. Miller at Westwood School, register the first day of practice or mail it to:
