Larry and Linda Stanley (from left to right) took up donations during Saturday’s Project Graduation fundraiser in Ingles’ parking lot. Vicki Herman, the event’s organizer, said Friday’s fundraiser was “washed out” because of the rain, and she didn’t collect as much money as she would have liked. Still, she is always impressed by the generosity of the people who support project graduation.
