A Sweetheart Dinner Theatre will be offered by the Culinary Arts and Theatre Arts students at Wilkes Community College. The performance will include two one-act plays and a prime rib buffet dinner.

“Mike’s Appendix” is directed by Joe Byrd; “Of Love, Lunch and Losers” is directed by Brianna Brown. A performance-only presentation will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 7:30 p.m. with a suggested donation of $5. A dessert and performance evening will be Thursday, Feb. 10 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 each and must be reserved in advance. The performance and full buffet dinner will be offered on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 11 and 12 with dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 and must be reserved in advance.
