Hattie Mae Hart Price, age 98, of Whitetop, VA, passed away on October 28, 2008 at Segraves Care Center in Jefferson.
Mrs. Price was the widow of Willard G. Price. She was born August 17, 1910 in Ashe County to the late Wells W. Hart and Minnie Graham Hart.
Surviving are a daughter, Norma Jean Blevins of the home; two sons and spouses, Willis G. and Christine O. Price of Valdosta, GA, and Billy E. and Clarsie J. Price of Lansing; two sisters, Bessie Haga of Chilhowie, VA, and Dorthy Huffmier of Baltimore, MD; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, October 31 in Helton Valley Baptist Church in Whitetop, VA, with interment in Cole Cemetery. Elder Dean Shepherd, the Rev. Lloyd Day and the Rev. Rex Hall officiated.
