The accident occurred on 221S, near Westwood Elementary.
The North Carolina Highway Patrol, Ashe County Sheriff's Office, and the Fleetwood Fire Department all responded to the wreck.
The driver, and whether any injuries were sustained is currently unknown, though there were no apparent injuries on the scene.
