Michelle Eller Douglas
Mrs. Michelle Eller Douglas of Statesville, formerly of Ashe, died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012 in Statesville. She was 40.
Mrs. Douglas was born in Watauga County on Feb. 7, 1972 to Douglas Keith Eller and Kathy Ann Greene. She worked at Lowes Corporate Office in Mooresville. She was a graduate of Ashe Central High School in 1990. She was a loving and caring mother to her son.
She is survived by a son, Shawn Douglas, of Statesville; parents, Douglas Eller and Kathy Eller of West Jefferson; and one brother, Keith Eller of West Jefferson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at Boone Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Rick Cornejo and the Rev. Randall Greene officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior. Burial will follow in the Mount Paran Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, at Boone Family Funeral Home.
