This weekend, high school students, or those in the high school age group, are encouraged to come out and compete in the “Autumn Open” disc golf tournament at Ashe Park.
The tournament will take place this Saturday with the player’s meeting at 9:30 a.m. and tournament play beginning at 10 a.m.
The event, sponsored by Innova Disc Golf and Pizza Plus, has no entry fee, and two rounds of golf will be played. Along with the tournament rounds, a long distance throw competition will also take place. Lunch will be provided for the tournament participants.
