Same sex marriages are now legal in several states. Whether this is good or bad depends on the opinion of the person making judgments.

Since good and bad are relative terms this statement means nothing. One argument against states that this wasn’t the way God intended.

There are parallels in much of the animal kingdom. So if God is to be brought into this argument, why did He allow this behavior to be so widespread?

Like so many other situations in which God is suppose to have a part, God has other worse, more pressing problems to be concerned with.

Why people have different beliefs and principals is a challenging question. An argument for same sex marriages states that the practice will help birth control. Unless virgin births start happening this is a valid argument. A second opinion states that this practice will diminish the diversity in the human species gene pool.

Having no descendants means the very long line of your DNA will be broken. You’ve left the gene pool. Sexual relations provide for diversity throughout the human animal kingdom. It’s a fact no two humans together with other species have identical DNA with the exception of identical twins. Even their behavior can be quite different.

In reality the question will always be debated. Arguments for and against will continue.

I close by stating “different strokes for different folks.” If you get my drift.
