The Ashe County Sheriff’s Office is seeking your help. A $1,000 reward is being offered for the return of an Escher Lithograph print, serial number 53/108, and information leading to the arrest and conviction of the thief. The print was stolen in the Jefferson/Glendale Springs area of the county just before Christmas. Escher Lithograph is matted in a silver frame approximately three feet by four feet and is entitled, “Ascending and Descending” 1960 from Escher’s Recognition and Success series, 1955 - 1972.
