Joshua David Boggs: (T) no operator’s license, (P) no contest, (J) guilty, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $25 fine plus CC.

Nancy Dollar Canter: (M) larceny, (P) Alford plea, (J) guilty, 120 days suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, pay $200 restitution, not to have contact with victim, CC.

James Clay Caudill: (T) driving with license revoked, (P) no contest, (J) guilty, 120 days MCP suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $100 fine plus CC.
