Mrs. Brown was born on Feb. 14, 1919 in Sumter, SC to the late John and Edna Ross McLeod. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Brown.
Graveside services were held on Monday, March 15, at 3 p.m. at the Florence County Memorial Gardens. Burial followed in Florence County Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Brown is survived by: a daughter, Betty Clawson of Grassy Creek, NC; a son, Hubert Lee Brown of Darlington, SC; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
