Dennis Lee Lyalls, 31, of West Jefferson was charged with assault on a female.

Randall Glenn Stout, 51, of Lenoir was charged with four counts of probation violation.
Feb. 27
Richard Eugene Bates, 33, of Gastonia was charged with misdemeanor larceny.
Streeter James Blowers, 28, of West Jefferson was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor.
Randall Scott Combs, 41, of West Jefferson was charged with obtaining property by false pretense.
Louie Conner Pardue, 18, of Wilkesboro was charged with breaking and entering.
